Our Breeds
Here at Sundance Acres you will find that our puppies are carefully bred and country raised. I do not show my dogs but that is not to say that one our puppies could go all the way to the top. Our dogs do not live in kennels. The only time we lock up any of our dogs is when they are in season or sometimes one of our dogs wants to be a bully and we have to put him or her in time out for a day or two. For the most part all the dogs have free run of the backyard. We have a pair of three great breeds of large dogs. We have a pair of CKC Collies, (no papers on GS) German Shepherds and a pair of AKC Weimaraners. All of these dogs have a great temperament. We only have one CKC Jack Russell Terrier and have not decided if we will breed her. We have 5 Chihuahuas. One is AKC and no papers on the rest. I do sell them cheaper. They are Purebred Chi's. We also have a pair of CKC Yorkshire Terriers. I hope you find what your looking for here at Sundance Acres!

Feeding your puppy
You should feed your puppy a good ration like Iams, Eukanuba. Pedigree and Puppy Chow are good to. I also like to feed my toy puppies' dry kibble, and I will give Little Cesar Select Dinner or Pedigree Little Champions. I leave dry kibble out 24/7 and give soft food in the mornings and again in the evenings. Always beware of how much or how little your puppy is eating. They should nibble off and on all day. You should try and feed the same food the breeder is feeding your baby. Some Breeders will give you a baggy full of food. If you can't feed the same brand of food you need to change his diet gradually. Changing food will cause him/her to get a upset tummy resulting in diarrhea. Stay away from table scraps. If you can't get your toy puppy to eat well you can feed them a mixture of 1/3 baby food “pureed chicken” (and yes, I mean our two legged babies) and 2/3 baby rice cereal with enough plain yogurt mixed in to make a gruel. Most like it warmed up for them. When I feed mine the little Cesar or the Little Champions food and put down on the floor they will look at it and then at me like what's wrong with you. I have to put it in the microwave for about 8 seconds. They eat it up after that.
